Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you upgrade, we'll prorate the remaining days in your billing cycle. If you downgrade or cancel, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the monthly subscription fee and the transaction fees for the payments you process.
If you exceed your monthly processing limit, we'll continue to process your payments without interruption. However, you'll be charged an additional 0.5% on the amount processed above your plan's limit. We'll also reach out to discuss upgrading your plan if this happens consistently.
